Delegation to Germany/Poland

At first i was taught a lot of things from this lovely and beautiful trip: I'm gonna say some of these things 1-the way German people live ( I actually love the way they live and how much those people are Organized. I'm trying to be just like them!! ). 2-Poland people are the best and most friendly people I've ever met and saw in my whole life ( i felt most Comfortable around them ). 3-I never thought that Arab and Jewish people can be real good friends just like brothers, but this trip proved that I'm so so so wrong because I hade a lot of friends from the Jewish side just like my brothers and even more and i think if even more people get this situation (Going to the Building Bridges project) I think there will be peace. but for me there is peace now and the love between us has just started. 4- this point is most important!! i think, we arrived to Germany as 4 groups' different languages different nationalities different ideas. But as time went with us it taught us a good lesson that we all are the same and equal people, we all were here to make a new beginning and a new impression about peace and about what we youth can do in the world... (and that's just the beginning!!!)

General Remarks and Offers of improvement for next time

*I think we should make bigger groups *** And I think that every body would agree with this point: I think the trip should be longer than 7 days at least 20 hahah just kidding something like 12-14 days it would be better and we will get to meet the groups even better *Mara this is for you : why didn't u take us to the euro-camp

I learned a lot of things there was important things and less important and one of the important thing that I now know the Jewish view of the Israel-Palestine conflict and also I learned to be organized like the German people they are very organized in their time and actually in every thing, I enjoyed very much to be there it was a new and very good experience for me.

Katzir group is very good . I enjoyed to be with them, all of them are my friends now after this project also if there was one situation that they don't understand us very well but in generally I think they are very good and I learned a lot about them and about the "Shoaa" (holocaust) things that I didn't know since now." They are sababa".

Kuf El Karah group is special. They were a very good group I see that this group and actually this is my group, I see that our group can express the feeling in a useful way and we say all of the things that we really feel and sometimes for some it wasn't so good but we don't want to hurt someone just to express what we feel and I think it was a ver good group.

They Polish students are cute people. I enjoyed to be with them. I met new friends from this wonderful group and all of them were good. I like them.

They German students are very special. I learnt a lot of things from this people and they respected us and host us in a wonderful way. I like them soooo much.

I wish to all of you merry Christmas, and for the Kofur Karah group(كل عام وانتم بخير) and I hope to see you again in Israel next summer.

First of all hello.. Concerning the delegation to Germany I think that everything was wonderful and excellent..My hospitality was overpowering and everything was fine .Te food was excellent and very tasty, too bad the girls in Poland suffered because they did not eat anything.. My contacts with all the other groups were good contacts, even when we quarreled with Katzirnikim but in the end of all of us became friends and so far I have contacts with all of them..And concerning the workshops I think that they were boring but a bit funny too. I hope that there will be next year better workshops and activities, I hope that I will continue in the project next year. In the contact to the Arab group we want to remain it only with several changes.

A big hello to Mara,

First I want to talk about the groups. The students from the four groups created good contacts also between the Jewish Arab groups. I did not love when happened the little malfunction between us and between the Jewish group on the film that we made and I did not loved when they thought that we want to hurt them because we did not want this to happen. We didn't went to Germany on account of this, all the story is about the story of the grandmother of Raoof and we sketched him like that she is a figure but they understood something other..But in the end we felp we are all one group and good friends and we have between us contact so far.. The workshops were ok but a bit boring. I hope that the next year there'll be better workshops.

About Germany, in generall it was just good but the food at my host house.There were kind of food we don't eat, as well, those who slept in Poland had to walk a lot in the morning to school and we were always late.

You should think about this problem for the next year.

I hope that there weren't problems because of us, but if there were, we really sorry.

I'd learned many things about myself and about the people in the group. I learned also that there are no so many differences between the 4 cultures.

After the meeting in Germany, I'm very able to represent the relations between Jews and Arabs from the Jew perspective, but I understood as well that I don't know much about the Arab community in my country .

I think that the preparation of Katzir group was very good but I can't measure the preparation of the other groups.

The hosting was very Good and in general I enjoy very much the visit in Germany despite the unnecessary politic talks.

I recognized that i don't like the silence next to my room. it was a really good feeling to have friends from israel in my house making my life more colorful. it was like a breakout from everyday-things giving me the chance to understand me and others better. during the past meetings i spent my whole time with israeli friends. now it changed a little bit. i also talked with students from poland and i found out interessting things about their future and plannings - it's always great to know what people like to do later in life. i don't know why i like this. people say, everybody is equal - but that's wrong. everyone is so diffrent making the world so complicated but even interessting. i don't have to understand the world, sometimes it's just great to enjoy - for exemple a meeting with people coming from so different places. with BB i really learn what chances do we have today. the right of traveling, of speaking... we don't find a solution for the middle-east-conflict, sure. but we can find out more about ourselfs and of others. and we can see how different the world is. for that views, for our meetings i want to say thanks. sometimes it is really easy to say 'thanks'. but when you know that BB changed your life - like in my case - it is so difficult to express it. from that meeting in detail it's very hard to say what i learned. concerning questions of anti-semitism, the german history or the conflict in middle-east there wasn't something new for me. but this meeting is a part of a long-term developpement. so let's find out what will coming soon. ah, and i don't want to forget: i found out how atheistic i am. and it's cool!

About the students of Katzir, some of them came just to have vacation in germany. i know there are many children from katzir wanting to come to germany. so let's give them a chance who really wants to take part at the project. i didn't like the presentation of katzir. the ones in the last years were definitely better. this one was boring and uninteressting. nothing special. nevertheless it was great to see old friends from katzir. i host two jewish israeli and i enjoyed.

About the students from Kfar-Karah, in some way they were better than katzir. people from kafar kara were more open-minded than students from katzir.

We really really really need more time for each other!!! when do we have the chance to learn and feel so much like during BB? 2 times a year so let's use the time. what about 16 or 20 days? take so much time until we are fat up with each other. students from kafar kara, slubice, katzir and frankfurt should be mixed in the rooms. that would be interessting - let's bring them together also in the nights. i want to have feedback-rounds with everyone from every nation. it's a good basic to give feedback in our own group but i also want to do it with everone. students say 'we are one group', but we aren't so long until we make feedback together. [above all, we need more money, more luxury, more plenty, more sex appeal and more communism]
